MEET OUR COACHES

Head Coach: Caroline Adam
Caroline grew up rowing competitively in the Washington, DC area before moving to Terre Haute in 2014 to study engineering at Rose-Hulman.
She served as an assistant coach for WVC beginning in 2017, before relocating to Indianapolis, where she continued coaching in girls' basketball and lacrosse. She coached teams to victories in city and state championships, and rowed sporadically out of Eagle Creek. Upon returning to the Wabash Valley in 2023, Caroline was excited to reunite with WVC. She enjoys coaching and developing the rowers as well as getting in a boat herself. Caroline loves sharing her joy for rowing, the opportunities it provides, and the lessons it teaches.
Outside of rowing, she and her husband, Georges, can be found enjoying the Terre Haute parks, cheering on Rose-Hulman athletics, or worshiping at Saint Patrick's.
